At Lunara Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
